In these portraits I picked up the paintbrush and the pencil as my main tools. I incorporated a wide variety of found materials and methods on panels constructed with salvaged materials. The pieces range from drawings, to abstract oils, and to realistic oils, with some pieces having concrete poured through the surface into hidden forms in the frame. Archivability was taken into consideration as the construction and surface treatments were thought out carefully.
